Singapore: Tiffin Room to import north Indian vibes with Tandoori Festival from January 11

Treat your taste buds to some delectable North Indian dishes as the Tiffin Room in Raffles Hotel Singapore host the Tandoori Festival. The multi-course dining experience will start on January 11, 2024 and will go on till January 25, 2024.

Chef de Cuisine Kuldeep Negi will showcase his mastery through an impeccable selection of meats, seafood, vegetables, and even a dessert.

Forming the very heart and soul of North Indian gastronomy, the delicate art of wood-fire cooking involves in-depth knowledge and experience to grasp the perfect balance between timing, ingredients, and technique.

The slow-cooking process elevates dishes with an accentuated smoky note, creating robust flavours, distinct aromas, and textures can only be achieved through this highly skilled method of cooking.

Delight in delectable appetisers, a tantalising array of smoky main courses, and finally, conclude the exquisite dining experience on a sweet note with gulab jamun with vanilla ice cream, hot milk dumplings that are complemented with fresh vanilla ice cream.

The menu will feature both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for guests to choose from.

Those looking to elevate their gastronomic experience, a wine pairing option consisting of cuvees specially handpicked by Raffles Hotel Singapore’s sommeliers, is available at SGD 98 + taxes per guest.

Festival date and meal timings

As stated above, the festival will take place from 11 to 25 January 2024.

Lunch will be served from 12:00pm to 1:30pm (SGT) and dinner will take place from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. The festival is open daily.

Location and dress code

Raffles Hotel Singapore, 1 Beach Road, Singapore 189673. The restaurant is located at the main building and is accessible via the main hotel entrance.

Diners can dress up in Casual Chic. While dress shorts are allowed during lunch, no slip-ons or flip-flops will be allowed.
