Raffles Hotel Singapore to celebrate Dragon Boat Festival with special culinary creation

Raffles Hotel Singapore is gearing up to celebrate Dragon Boat Festival with a new selection of handcrafted sweet and savoury rice dumplings by MasterChef Jereme Leung: 

Traditional Abalone & Jinhua Ham Glutinous Rice Dumpling

A bamboo-leaf wrapped trove revealing decadent delights such as 12-head abalone, Jinhua ham, Japanese dried scallops, roast duck, pork belly and chestnuts with an umami flavour. 

Spiced Pork Belly Glutinous Rice Dumpling

A hearty classic with a twist, this rice dumpling creation highlights the winning combination of tender pork belly and Japanese dried scallops, accentuated with sambal and Sakura shrimps.  

Kee Chang with Raffles Signature Kaya Jam

A sweet treat which pairs Kee Chang’s classic flavour with the rich, fragrant notes of the Raffles Signature Kaya Jam.  

The rice dumplings will be available for self collection and delivery from June 1 to 14.  Self-collection is from 11.30am to 9.00pm at the Raffles Grab & Go counter (1 Seah Street,  #01-22, Raffles Hotel Singapore, Singapore 189673).
