Young Sikh Association spreads love on Youth Day with essential items delivery to organisations playing a part in COVID-19 crisis

A group of members from the Young Sikh Association (YSA) in Singapore celebrated Youth Day on July 6 by delivering essential items to community organisations that are providing assistance to individuals affected by COVID-19. 

The receiving organisations include Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home, Central Sikh Gurdwara and Silat Road Gurdwara Langgar Efforts, Khalsa Dharmak Sabha Langgar Efforts, Homeless Hearts and Catholic Welfare Services.

The delivery comprised medical supplies and food rations, YSA said in a Facebook post. 

"We were able to procure these items through funds raised from our SG50 Stories of Hope and Inspiration initiative during this COVID-19 crisis."
