Authentic North Indian delicacies will be presented through a multi-course lunch and dinner menu, with main courses presented in the classic Tiffin Box. The festive feast begins with spicy tandoori-grilled chicken, Tangdi Kebab, and crispy prawn fritters, Jhinga Till Pakora.

For the main course, guests can savour Tawa Fish, a flavourful panseared barramundi served alongside mint and coriander paste; Darbari Gosht, a lamb chop in an aromatic cardamom curry; and Murgh Lazzez, tender chicken breast in a rich almond and cashew nut gravy.

Both menus are served with Indian Basmati rice as well as Masala Charmagaj Naan and Laccha Parantha, alongside an array of chutneys and pickles to complement the gastronomic experience.
