Curated by Chef de Cuisine Kuldeep Negi, the limited-time menu titled 'The Joyous Flavours of Holi', is available exclusively from March 5 to 19, 2022 in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, alongside a wine-pairing option.
Authentic North Indian delicacies will be presented through a multi-course lunch and dinner menu, with main courses presented in the classic Tiffin Box. The festive feast begins with spicy tandoori-grilled chicken, Tangdi Kebab, and crispy prawn fritters, Jhinga Till Pakora.
For the main course, guests can savour Tawa Fish, a flavourful panseared barramundi served alongside mint and coriander paste; Darbari Gosht, a lamb chop in an aromatic cardamom curry; and Murgh Lazzez, tender chicken breast in a rich almond and cashew nut gravy.
An equally diverse vegetarian menu is also available, featuring starters such as Mushroom Till Pakora, crispy mushrooms with sesame seeds, and black chickpea cutlets 'Channa Dal Tikki', and delectable main dishes 'Paneer Prunes Kofta Curry', creamy cottage cheese dumplings stuffed with prunes in tomato gravy; and 'Chatpate Aloo', potatoes tossed with an aromatic spice blend. Both menus are served with Indian Basmati rice as well as Masala Charmagaj Naan and Laccha Parantha, alongside an array of chutneys and pickles to complement the gastronomic experience.
Satisfy your sweet tooth with an assortment of Paan Rasgulla, delectable betel leaf-flavoured cheese dumplings; Pista Gujia, traditional sweet dumplings stuffed with coconut and dried fruits; and Gur Parre, enticingly crispy sweet bites made from jaggery.
