Fashion Week is back this year in New Delhi

The Indian FDCI x Lakme Fashion Week is back this year in New Delhi for the very first time from March 23 to March 27 at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium. India's premier runway event returns with a season-fluid and physical edition to take over the capital in style.

With fashion, innovation, inclusivity and sustainability as the major themes this year, designers and brands have geared up to present an array of eclectic showcases at two show areas – Runway and Atelier.

From iconic fashion designers from across India to incredible collaborations presented on the runway, enjoy #5DaysofFashion with elan.

Here are glimpses of the opening show which starts with Rahul Mishra, the first Indian designer to showcase at the Paris Haute Couture Week champions slow fashion with traditional Indian crafts.

GenNext winners, 36-year-old Soham Acharya from New Delhi and 28-year-old Shriya Khanna presents Alpona designs.
