63 new COVID-19 cases in Singapore on September 10, including 2 in the community

The Ministry of Health reported 63 new COVID-19 cases in Singapore as of 12 pm on September 10. This takes the national tally of confirmed infections to 57,229.

There are two cases in the community among the new infections, of whom one is a Singaporean and one is a Work Pass holder.

Additionally, there are six imported cases, one of which is a Singaporean who returned to Singapore from the UAE on August 29.

Another four are Work Pass/ Work Permit holders currently employed in Singapore who arrived from Bangladesh on August 31, and Indonesia and Russia on August 29. The remaining case is a Student’s Pass holder who arrived from the Philippines on August 27.
