The Tiffin Room and Samy’s Curry team up to present a gastronomic extravaganza of Indian cuisine

In a first of its kind collaboration, Tiffin Room is teaming up with well-loved fifty year old Singaporean family run establishment, Samy’s Curry to provide guests a specially curated feast of North and South Indian food. 

The limited-time menu will be available at the historic Tiffin Room at Raffles Hotel from February 25-March 10, 2021 with dishes ranging from the distinctive grilled aromas and flavours from the tandoor of North Indian cuisine to the unique blend of spices infused in every dish, especially fresh seafood, from South India.

The multi-course gastronomic experience brings together old favourite Tiffin Room which is a part of the legacy of Raffles Hotel Singapore since 1892 with Samy’s Curry, a family-run institution whose dishes have been passed on from generation to generation. 

Guests will be able to experience North Indian signatures by Tiffin Room, alongside an assortment of South Indian classics by Samy’s Curry for both lunch and dinner.

Starters will include Tandoori Prawn and Tulsi Mahi Tikka by Tiffin Room, setting the perfect base to move onto Samy’s Curry favourites like Mysore Mutton, Chicken Masala, and Fish Curry as well as Tiffin Room’s signatures Scallops Curry, Lamb Briyani,  and Tiffin Dal Makhani.

Also available is an all-vegetarian option of the Tiffin Room and Samy’s Curry menus. Guests can avail of vegetarian starters like Kesari Paneer and Gucchi Mushroom Tikki by Tiffin Room, followed by South Indian classic dishes from Samy's Curry such as Mock  Chicken Curry, Aloo Masala, and Brinjal Curry, as well as a selection of North Indian signatures such as Soya Chaap Masala, Subz Biryani and Tiffin Dal Makhani, with assorted naan. 

Rajbhog with Chocolate Jalebi will cap off the experience for both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian set menus.  

Lunch timings will be from 12 pm till 2 pm with dinner from 6.30 pm till 9.30 pm.
