Singapore commences iris-scanning at border checkpoints

Singapore has started using iris-scanning technology at some of its border checkpoints, said Immigration Checkpoint Authority (ICA). In a similar push by Changi Airport Group, the airport is considering using facial recognition systems to find late passengers.
