Singapore reports lowest daily number of COVID cases in three months

Singapore's Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed four new cases of locally transmitted COVID-19 infection. Of these, one is in the community, linked to previous cases and has already been placed on quarantine.

The remaining three local cases are currently unlinked. Two of these are community cases and one is from the dormitory, reports MOH. 

Additionally, there are five imported cases, who have already been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore. Of these, two are returning Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents. 

In total, there are 9 new cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore today, the lowest daily number of new cases in almost three months. This brings Singapore's total COVID cases to 62,219.
