Singapore Flyer announced on it Facebook page that its operations will be suspended indefinitely due to a "technical issue," which led to 61 passengers being alighted on the morning of Jan 25, 2018.
The team is conducting "a thorough check before resuming the flights."
Engineers are seeking "more clarity" on the cause of the issue, Ms Veronique Ye, its director of marketing and sales, told Todayonline.
She added that Singapore Flyer is "working closely with the relevant authorities and the specialist professional engineers to find out the cause of the technical issue."
