Virender Sehwag is trying to spread some cheer in these tough times through social media. The former India opener on Tuesday shared a video of two langurs hugging each other, which soon went viral.
What a hug," was the caption given by Sehwag to the video, which has more than a million likes on his Instagram and Twitter accounts combined.
The 12 second long heart-warming video clip shows a langur walking up to another, who is sitting with some people, and embrace it in a tight hug. They break the warm hug after a few seconds, only to hug each other again.
The video received a lot of love from Sehwag’s followers. One person on Instagram wrote, “Maybe they met for the first time after lockdown”. Another one said, “Soon we will learn from animals how to be kind".
Other than Sehwag, R Ashwin also shared a hilarious video which had people in splits. "We are living in troubled and unprecedented times, and that’s exactly why we must have foresight and put the innovative hat on.Watch this, laugh and learn too," wrote Ashwin on Instagram.
