The pre-wedding ceremony of India’s richest billionaire Mukhesh Ambani’s son Anant, in Gujarat’s Jamnagar, glittered with the presence of prominent celebrities, including singer Rihanna, whose performance added to the glitz of the night.
Rihanna’s performance remained a major highlight point as the singer enthralled the audience by belting out her popular tracks.
The Ambanis, who are known for their extravagant celebrations, kept the party — dedicated to Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant — a private affair.
Wearing a fluorescent green outfit, Rihanna charmed the crowd with some of her well-known numbers like “Rude Boy”, “Pour it Up” and “Diamonds”.
She also took the time to interact with the many distinguished guests who were present at the event, reported Live Mint.

Quoting sources, India Today reported that her fee for the performance was somewhere between USD 8- USD 9 million (INR 66 to INR 74 crore).
Ambani wedding and an international connection
This is not the first time an international star has performed at an Ambani wedding event.
In 2018, 32-time Grammy Award winner Beyoncé set the stage on fire during Mukhesh Ambani’s daughter, Isha Ambani’s sangeet ceremony. The Ambani daughter tied the knot with Anand Piramal.
