Mother’s Day Dining Specials at Raffles Hotel Singapore

Indulge mum with an exquisitely curated 5-course lunch experience amidst the refined charm and timeless elegance of La Dame de Pic, Raffles Singapore. Paying tribute to his mother on this special occasion, Chef Sommelier Justin Wee presents a specially crafted cocktail inspired by a longan brew that was lovingly prepared by his mother as a child.

Showcasing a medley of intricate flavours and aromas, the gastronomic journey begins with a delightful amuse bouche, followed by the seemingly simple Organic Japanese Eggs that is elevated with the earthy nodes of peas, fresh nuances of elderflower, and richness of Oscietra caviar. The experience continues with Michelin-starred French Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s signature Les Berlingots, pasta parcel filled with Comté, enhanced with a fresh blend of zucchini, ginger, and mint.

Guests are treated to well-loved mains that include Pourlarde de Bresse, succulent chicken marinated with miso and rose and delicately balanced with the acidity and bitterness from Bourbon Pointu coffee, served alongside crapaudine beetroot; as well as the Blue Lobster from Brittany – fresh crustaceans complemented with Koshihikari rice and seasonal special green asparagus, perfumed with cedrat.  The indulgent experience concludes with Chocolate Mint Mousse, coconut-based creamy panna cotta and sorbet, infused with fresh pandan from the restaurant’s very own herb garden.
