Taking the Indian real estate market global, a property expo will be organised in Singapore this weekend to increase investors’ knowledge about the sector and provide them with viable wealth management options. It is open only to NRIs, OCIs and PIO cardholders.
A boutique showcase of handpicked mostly pre-launch properties, the India Property Fair is set to be held on May 25-26 at the Parkroyal Hotel on Kitchener Road. Kalpatru, L&T, ATS, Ajmera are among the builders and real estate companies whose properties will be showcased.
Details of various residential building projects such as L&T Navi Mumbai launch, Kalpatru Thane launch, ATS Noida launch, Ajmera Pune and Banglore pre-launch will be on display during the fair, with representatives of the various companies and bank officers on hand to answer any prospective customer’s queries. The event is free to attend and has been organised by local event management firm Eventeclinic.
“The fair aims at high-quality projects which are of course RERA-approved and also the best of the class developers. It also focuses on quality clientele and is very strong as far as post sales services are concerned. Just before the holiday season starts, we wanted to highlight the best projects for Indians in Singapore so they have an idea and shortlist of projects if they head to India in the summer,” an Eventbrite statement said.
The event is being promoted as a family day out with special arrangements for kids like the art corner, lucky draw etc. Loan and tax assessment services are also available for the people who end up making a purchase.
