You are a brand new company. Too small to start renting a place. Find working from home distracting. Use workspace app Workwander to book a place to work while enjoying your favourite cuppa.
Using Workwander you can easily book a place to work from the list if selected cafes in Singapore with dedicated seats and Wi-Fi access. You can book space at an hourly rate of S$5, access to power sockets and a free drink.
There is a big bummer to the proposition. Work spaces can only be booked between 2pm and 6pm. Only on weekdays. Now that makes this solution seem to be solving the low footfalls during lean afternoon hours problem for cafes and the work space problem for start-ups.
Cafes for Work, the pilot initiative, will begin next month at Hopheads Craft Beer Bar & Bistro on Clemenceau Avenue, the first food-and-beverage (F&B) establishment that will free up space for bookings.
