Poised to enter Bollywood, star son Ibrahim Ali Khan Pataudi has just made his debut on Instagram, and has already acquired more than half a million followers.
Making his Instagram debut in partnership with a top sports goods brand, the son of former actor couple Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh said in his first post that he wanted to create his own legacy.
Ibrahim, 23, already had a private account on Instagram, but this new one is a public account. The first post on April 30 is a series of four photographs showing Ibrahim in indoor and outdoor settings. Two of the photos show him in casual wear and sports shoes, and two others show him wearing an athleisure outfit.
On his new Instagram page that is public, as of now Ibrahim follows 41 personalities, including his mother, sister Sara Ali Khan, aunt Soha Ali Khan, and stepmother Kareena Kapoor Khan.
“Legacy? I’ll make my own,” read the caption of his first post, while also announcing his collaboration with the foreign sports brand. Ibrahim is the grandson of former India cricket captain Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi and veteran film star Sharmila Tagore.
He most recently served as an assistant director on Karan Johar’s 2023 film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. According to reports, he is set to make his acting debut soon.
