How to get up to SGD300 off your new Macbook Pro for school

Apple machines are costly, but do you know they actually offer educational pricing for students and teachers? Do take full advantage of the discounts available 😉

Here's a step by step guide on how you can get it on the Apple Singapore store! Alternatively, you can access the discounted prices by this link here, but we are still going to show you how it works so that you can find it yourself the next time you forget the url.

From Apple's homepage, scroll all the way down and this is what you shall see:

Under 'For Education', see 'Shop for University'? It takes you straight to a special page where all listed prices are automatically discounted. How good can the discount get? It really depends on the product, but averages at about 10 per cent off.

Take the high end 15" Macbook Pro (with touch bar) for example – it's up to SGD300 cheaper! Here's the discounted price:

Quite good a deal isn't it? What's more, Apple also offers discounts for certain upgrades and customisations. For those who are looking to purchase the 13" Macbook Pros, but want to upgrade the memory from 8GB to 16GB, it would cost SGD252 instead of the usual SGD280.

The checkout process is simple and fuss-free; and unless yours is a customised order, the product will probably ship by the next day!
