After mesmerising the audience with her extended cameo in Shah Rukh Khan starrer 'Jawan', Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone is now busy filming her next project, 'Fighter', where she teams up with Hrithik Roshan for the first time on the big screen.
Now on Sunday (October 1), Deepika dropped a picture on her Instagram profile with an ice-cream in her hand.
Dressed in a pair of jeans, white t-shirt and a jacket, Deepika looks stunning in the picture which she captioned, "My Cold Meal… #Fighter."
Deepika's actor husband Ranveer Singh, who was last seen in the Alia Bhatt starrer 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani', commented, "yummers."
On the occasion of India's 77th Independence Day on August 15, the makers of 'Fighter', which also features veteran Anil Kapoor in the lead, unveiled the motion poster.
Titled as 'Spirit of Fighter', the motion poster showcases fighter jets taking off while camera panning towards first Hrithik and then Deepika and Anil Kapoor, who all seem to be playing the air force officers.
The motion poster is treated with a rendition of India's National Song 'Vande Mataram', which plays in the background.
'Fighter' is slated for January 25, 2024 release, banking on the January 26 holiday.
The movie is directed by Siddharth Anand, who had previously worked with Hoshan in two of his films- 'Bang Bang' and 'War'- and with Deepika Padukone in 'Bachna Ae Haseeno' and 'Pathaan'.
