Daytime Emmy-winning actor Billy Miller, who was reportedly suffering from manic depression, died in the US city of Austin on September 15.
He was 43.
Miller’s manager confirmed the news to Variety in a statement on Sunday, which would’ve marked the actor’s 44th birthday.
“The actor was struggling with manic depression when he died,” the statement read.
He was recognised for his work on American soap operas, including his award-winning work as Billy Abbott on The Young and the Restless and his dual portrayals of Jason Morgan and Drew Cain on General Hospital.
