COVID-19 news round-up: Singapore announces SGD48 billion Resilience Budget, US cases overtake Italy and China

Singapore's Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat announced on March 26 a Resilience Budget worth SGD 48.4 billion to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic, as various sectors were hit by the outbreak. 

And with over 81,000 confirmed cases, the United States now has the highest number of COVID-19 infections in the world, overtaking both Italy and China. Himanshu Verma brings you the latest updates:
