Yunnan rose petal kee chang with Raffles signature kaya jam

Awaken the palate with a unique rendition of kee chang curated by Chef Leung. Reimagine the sweet indulgence, richly infused with delicate Yunnan rose petals, yielding gentle pink hues and a floral fragrance. Delight in this novelty with Raffles signature kaya jam, a classic local specialty.

When and where to order?

For orders and takeaways, 藝 yì by Jereme Leung’s rice dumplings will be available for ordering on Raffles Grab and Go from 10 May to 10 June 2024.

Buyers may enjoy a 20 percent early bird discount for online purchases between 10 and 31 May 2024 with selected bank partners.

The rice dumplings will be available for self-collection from 27 May to 10 June 2024 at the restaurant, (328 North Bridge Road, #03-02, Raffles Arcade, Singapore 188719) and for delivery subjected to additional charges.

From 27 May to 10 June 2024, the rice dumplings will also be available for dine-in.
