Actor Sonu Sood is a co-founder while Jitin Bhatia is the founder and CEO of this company. According to the Explurger official website, the app is built on artificial intelligence to empower users to go beyond check-ins. Apart from sharing pictures and videos, the app keeps count of the exact miles, cities, countries and continents travelled by users.
The app has features such as Bucket List, sharing Future Travel Plans and rate places for the travellers, influencers, bloggers, vloggers, creators, backpackers, travellers, and common users. The company has raised USD 1 million funds in pre-Series A from a clutch of investors.
