The vast majority of the new cases are Work Permit holders currently under quarantine, said the MOH in its preliminary release of figures. There are no cases in the community for the first time since June 1.

Additionally, there are 4 imported cases, who had all been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore.

“We are still working through the details of the cases, and further updates will be shared via the MOH press release that will be issued tonight,” the ministry added.
