7 new COVID-19 cases in Singapore on October 29, all imported

The Ministry of Health has reported 7 new COVID-19 cases in Singapore as of 12 pm on October 29. This takes the national tally of confirmed infections to 57, 994.

There are no new cases of locally transmitted COVID-19 infection. 

There are 7 imported cases, who had all been placed on Stay-Home Notice upon arrival in Singapore, said the MOH in its preliminary release of figures.

"We are still working through the details of the cases, and further updates will be shared via the MOH press release that will be issued tonight," the ministry added.
