Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and United States President Donald Trump spoke on the phone on Sunday night and affirmed the deep and longstanding relationship between Singapore and America.

“Government will create new jobs by bringing new businesses and investments, finding replacement jobs for workers who have lost their jobs or are out of work, and training workers to grow in their current jobs,” asserted Lee Hsien Loong, Prime Minister of Singapore.

In a slew of Cabinet promotions, Senior Ministers of State Josephine Teo and Desmond Lee will be made full Ministers in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) of Singapore from May 1.
