Singapore-based Zilingo makes three top appointments

Singapore-headquartered technology platform Zilingo has announced the appointments of Arnab Bhattacharya as Head of Financial Services; Partha Rao as Director, B2B Marketing and Sales and Sonam Jain as Executive Vice President, Human Resources. 

Zilingo is a technology platform that powers the fashion supply chain and was founded in 2015 by Ankiti Bose and Dhruv Kapoor. Zilingo acquired the Sri Lanka-based nCinga Innovations in December 2019 and also recently announced a USD 100M investment to expand into the US. In 2019, the company had secured a USD 226 million Series D funding which helped it expand to the US, Australia and European markets. 

Arnab Bhattacharya, who takes over as Head of Financial Services has over 20 years of experience including at HSBC, Citi and ANZ. He will look to leverage the company's position to build a world-class fintech offering, support the company’s commitment to streamlining and digitising the fashion supply chain, said a press statement by Zilingo.

Partha Rao has 12 years of experience as a commercial strategist, cutting across Fortune 500 MNCs, family businesses and startups. As B2B Marketing and Sales Director, he will look into strengthening commercial strategy and building cross-border demand.

While Sonam Jain has 15 years of experience under his belt and has led HR teams across geographies. In his role as Executive Vice President for HR, he aims to lay a strong development foundation for all employees, supporting the company’s rapid global expansion.
