PM Lee to give National Day Rally speech on August 19

Prime Minister of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong will deliver his National Day Rally 2018 speech on August 19 at the Institute of Technical Education College Central at Ang Mo Kio.

In a press release, Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) said, “PM Lee will speak in Malay and Mandarin from 6.45pm to 7.30pm, and in English from 8.15pm to 9.30pm.”

The National Day Rally speech will be broadcast on local TV channels and radio stations of Singapore.

The National Day Rally will be broadcasted in English on Channel 5, Okto and 938NOW from 6.45pm and 8.15pm. The Mandarin broadcast will be on Channel 8, Channel U and Capital 95.8FM from 6.45pm and 8.15pm.

The Malay broadcast will be on Suria and Warna 94.2FM from 6.45pm and 8.15pm. The Tamil broadcast will be on Vasantham and Oli 96.8FM from 6.45pm and 8.15pm.

Channel NewsAsia will broadcast the National Day Rally’s Malay and Chinese speeches with summary captions in English from 6.45pm, and the English speech with summary captions from 8.15pm.
