The Indian Heritage Centre is organising a series of onsite and online family oriented programmes as part of Children’s Season 2020. Among these is an experiential onsite digital game, IHC ‘Jewel Hunt’ –The Search for the Missing Jewel.

The programme aims to promote bonding and interaction amongst family members, encourage  exploration of IHC galleries, and create fun and meaningful experiences for children and families visiting the Indian Heritage Centre.

Inspired by the digital escape room game, the narrative of IHC ‘Jewel’ Hunt revolves around a main  character – Uncle Raja – who needs help to search for his missing ‘Jewel’. Using their personal mobile devices, participants will work together as a team to hunt for the missing ‘Jewel’ in IHC galleries by completing a series of quizzes and tasks on a digital platform. A bag of clues will be provided to assist them in the hunt. Upon completion of the game, they will get to redeem limited edition IHC merchandise.

Participants will need to register online. Registration is currently open for the November 27-December 4 slots while registration for the December 5-11 slots will open on November 27. Each slot is priced at SGD 20 for a family or a groups of maximum 5 participants. The hunt is suitable for children aged 7 and above, with adult supervision. The slots will be available between 10.00 am – 3.30 pm and each hunt will last 45-90 minutes.
