Little India Shopkeepers and Heritage Association (LISHA) started the Deepavali celebrations over the weekend and it was full of lights and colours.

In the presence of Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) Teo Chee Hean and Singapore High Commissioner of India Jawed Ashraf, the event was witnessed by a dance group from the Indian state Nagaland and lightening parade.
