In Pics: Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen Par spotlights disability, sports, and second chances

Known for his versatility and range as an actor, superstar Aamir Khan is donning the role of a basketball coach, teaching a team of neurodivergent group vying to win a championship, as he tries to spread awareness about the issue through his latest theatrical release Sitaare Zameen Par.

The film will release exclusively on cinemas on June 20. The movie, inspired by the 2018 Spanish film Champions, is about a suspended basketball coach who is assigned community service, where he must train a team of players with disabilities for an upcoming tournament.
