“LA Comedy Live is excited to announce that one of India’s best standup comedian, Atul Khatri, will be returning to Singapore on May 2, 2019, at SOTA Concert Hall. It’s going to be a night full of laughs,” an official statement read.

A CEO turned stand-up guru, Khatri decided to become a comedian at the age of 45 after he was encouraged by his wife, Shaguna.

Initially, he wanted to become a bartender and then later a DJ but did not pursue either field. Khatri started his career as a comic by posting jokes (as comic relief) on Facebook. Many people appreciated his sense of humour and as such, he signed up for an ‘open mic’ and never looked back.

Khatri has done more than 400 comedy drama shows, TV commercial, and Youtube videos. He was likewise one of the 3 finalists at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in Delhi in 2012.

Atul additionally performs at The Canvas Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store and with East India Comedy. He also performed in San Francisco for a pledge drive sorted out by American India Foundation.

So don’t miss the wonderful opportunity and get ready to go home laughing!
