The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce revealed the full list of honorees during a live announcement. The honorees are chosen from hundreds of nominations received each year and go through a careful selection process.

The Walk of Fame is one of the most well-known tourist attractions in Los Angeles, where stars are awarded in different categories and placed on the sidewalk along Hollywood Boulevard.

Deepika made her Hollywood debut in 2017 with the film XXX: Return of Xander Cage, in which she starred alongside Vin Diesel. With this latest honour, she has added another milestone to her international presence in cinema.

Apart from Deepika, the class of 2026 features several notable figures across different fields. In addition to film and television stars, names from the sports and broadcast industries have also been included. Some of the honorees will receive the star posthumously. The ceremony for each recipient is expected to be held in the coming years, depending on their availability.
