This is where we are

  • We are hiring an integrated sales manager to boost our sales efforts in Dubai and Singapore. Expanding our existing list of prospects for online advertising, content marketing and integrated innovations.
  • Integrated innovations includes ideas, which run across multiple mediums; online, on-ground, on-tv and on-mobile. E.g. our web and tv series for Singapore called – First Families Singapore – which will be placed on a leading regional Hindi GEC and on Connected to India.
  • You will join our India offices in Delhi with prospects of relocating to Dubai in six to eight months time.

These are the job requirements

  • You will need to manage and build revenue pipeline with advertisers, ad networks/ agencies and maintain a threshold of monthly revenues, while ensuring to secure a high CPM rate.
  • Drive effective sales planning, strike annual deals and establish a balance of revenues across the year to ensure a regular revenue stream throughout the year, especially and including the low seasons in Dubai and Singapore.
  • Establish strong relationships with leading accounts, drive long term associations and bring existing relationships to Connected to India.
  • Have thorough understanding of online sales, sales operations, inventory management, calculation and planning. Ability to plan and execute a long term calendar as per market events and hi-spend times and client campaigns. Ability to track upcoming launches and campaigns and formulate and implement innovative packages that maximize value for clients and Connected to India.
  • Online sales is very intrinsic to understanding what is required to grow the platform. You will be required to actively participate and manage marketing of the channel, especially working closely with the SEO and digital marketing team.

Skills we are looking for

  • Connected to India has a very strong team culture making an ability to work with colleagues from different backgrounds and different countries a very crucial skill.
  • At least four years of online media sales experience. With a proven track record of securing sales and handling execution over a period of time. Strong understanding of online media space, search engines, online advertising and mobile advertising.
  • Very thorough understanding of online media sales with ability to sell on the basis of CPM, CPL, CPC, dedicated spot sale and other innovative solutions.
  • Strong line up of existing contacts with brands, online media agencies and media buyers. You will be required to communicate over the phone and via emails with clients from across Singapore and Dubai making it imperative that you possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure meet targets and have exceptional time management skills and should be good with numbers.
