The video, reportedly filmed during a safari ride in the Bali region of Pali district, captures the intense moment when a leopard attacked a cow, only to be driven away by another cow that came rushing to the rescue.

In the clip, a leopard can be seen pouncing on a calf, grabbing it by the neck in a sudden ambush. During the near-fatal attack, the predator tried to bring the calf down, but before it could succeed, another cow — believed to be the mother — charged at the leopard.

The surprise intervention startled the big cat, forcing it to retreat into the forest.

The video was shared online with a caption explaining the location and what happened during the encounter.

Since being posted, it has quickly gained traction on social media.

Many viewers were stunned by the unexpected turn of events and the bravery displayed by the cow.

Though such encounters are not unheard of in areas bordering forests, moments like these are rarely captured on camera.
