Members of the Indian diaspora in Singapore, on Thursday, May 1, offered their heartfelt condolences to the families of Pahalgam terror attack victims.

Terrorists killed 26 people, mostly tourists, in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam on April 22.
More than 250 people from the Indian diaspora attended the solemn remembrance ceremony organised here by the High Commission of India at the chancery.
“What happened on 22nd April was a terrorist attack and 26 innocent lives were lost. And the manner of the attack and how they were singled out is very unprecedented,” High Commissioner Shilpak Ambule said.

A post on Facebook from the High Commission of India in Singapore, read: “High Commission of India in Singapore held a solemn remembrance ceremony in memory of those killed in the brutal terror attack on 22 April 2025 in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir 🇮🇳. Members of Indian diaspora and friends of India offered their heartfelt condolences.”
The Singapore government has already condemned the unprecedented killing of the tourists.
