Himanshu Verma

Himanshu found Connected To India to engage, entertain and cover stories of millions of Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and people of Indian diaspora across the world.

Connected To India is his second entrepreneurial venture after Like Minds Consulting; a marketing communications consultancy, which he sold to a British agency Fifth Ring in the year 2012, after over four years in operations. He served Fifth Ring as their Managing Director for two and half years running the APAC operations, growing the company and winning large MNC and local accounts.

Prior to Like Minds Consulting he has worked with leading organizations like PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), ESPN STAR Sports, Indian Public Affairs Network (IPAN) now Hill & Knowlton Strategies and the Times of India. He has rich, hands on experience of setting up businesses, marketing, digital marketing, brand building, public relations and public affairs. Himanshu believes in championing social causes and forever frets about not doing enough. Special Olympics, the international organisation, which supports people with intellectual disabilities and gender equality, are two causes, which are very dear to him. He lives in Singapore with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid golfer, sports watcher, and fitness enthusiast.
