Singtel on Monday, June 23, announced the launch of its enhanced Multi-Domestic Connectivity solution, aimed at simplifying and securing global IoT deployments for enterprises across more than 190 markets.

Developed in partnership with floLIVE, a cloud-native IoT connectivity provider, the solution offers a single, scalable access point that eliminates the need for multiple mobile network operator agreements, SIM platforms, billing systems, and network switching. It enables businesses to maintain regulatory compliance while expanding their IoT footprint internationally.
As part of the initiative, Singtel also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Lenovo Connect, a global wireless service provider, to collaborate on IoT industry cooperation.
The partnership is expected to assist Original Equipment Manufacturers in expanding to international markets through a unified platform that accelerates deployment, ensures compliance, and improves operational efficiency.
The enhanced offering integrates Singtel’s global IoT network with Lenovo Connect’s device connectivity capabilities and floLIVE’s global network and multi-IMSI SIM technology. It is particularly relevant for automotive OEMs developing connected vehicles that rely on internet access for navigation, safety, infotainment, diagnostics, and future autonomous driving capabilities. The solution is designed to streamline enterprise operations and provide consistent service delivery across borders.

Elaborating further, Ng Tian Chong, CEO, Singtel Singapore said, “With our strong regional presence and strength in international delivery, Singtel is well-placed to help companies seeking to expand into new markets with this transformative global IoT solution that simplifies global connectivity, ensures compliance, and enables scalable device lifecycle management.”
“Having laid the foundation with investments in network infrastructure, edge computing, and global partnerships as part of our larger IoT growth strategy, we’re now offering an enhanced Multi-Domestic Connectivity solution to handle the complexities of next-generation IoT applications. We want to enable intelligent, borderless mobility for the future — while laying the groundwork for broader IoT transformation across sectors like healthcare, logistics, industrial automation, retail and smart cities,” Chong added.
Singtel’s Aggregator Connectivity Management Platform plays a key role in addressing the fragmented landscape of global mobile network platforms.
By offering a unified portal, the platform allows enterprises to standardise integration, manage devices remotely, and gain real-time visibility and diagnostics. The solution also supports the latest global eSIM standards, including eUICC (SGP.32), enabling seamless switching between mobile networks and efficient device lifecycle management.
The company has been actively involved in powering connected car programmes for automotive manufacturers from the United States, Europe, China, and the Asia-Pacific region.
With the global connected car market expected to surpass USD 250 billion by 2030, and China leading in electric vehicle adoption, the timing of this expanded IoT offering aligns with rising demand for real-time, in-vehicle services such as over-the-air updates and smart navigation.
Singtel has been strengthening its IoT infrastructure since 2022, providing localised connectivity solutions tailored to market-specific regulations.
It has collaborated with international players like Verizon, developed 5G RedCap technology for mid-tier devices, and launched platforms such as Paragon to enhance performance assurance for data traffic between devices and applications. These capabilities reinforce Singtel’s position in offering scalable, compliant, and streamlined global IoT connectivity solutions.
