Dream Girl: Co-star Nushrat Bharucha says Ayushmann Khurrana was "the diva on set"

After an amazing run with Article 15, award-winning actor Ayushmann Khurrana is back with his latest film Dream Girl.

Directed by Raaj Shaanilyaa, the Bollywood romantic comedy film features protagonist Lokesh Bisht (Khurranna), who plays female mythological characters – Radha, Draupadi and Sita – for local stage shows.

When his father wants him to have a ‘normal job’ for a living, one in which he doesn't have to dress up as a woman, Bisht starts doing a 'dial a friend' job where he speaks to people as ‘Pooja’.

Things go hilariously haywire for Bisht after ‘Pooja's’ callers fall in love with her and start searching for her.

Co-star Nushrat Bharucha, who plays Bisht’s on-screen girlfriend, revealed at the movie trailer launch that Khurrana was “definitely the diva on set”. His look in the film took so much preparation time that he would step out of the dressing room saying, “How do you girls do this for two hours?”

Here are some snippets from the trailer launch of Dream Girl.
